Mouthguards
Why do I need a mouthguard?

If you clench or grind your teeth at night, and are experiencing symptoms caused by this such as headaches when you wake up in the morning, muscle ache or worn looking teeth, a mouthguard may be of help to you. The dentist will advise you if they feel that this is the case.
How will my mouthguard be made?

Mouthguards are custom made to fit your teeth. This means that the dentist will need to take an impression of your teeth and send it to the laboratory for the custom made tray to be fabricated. We will then call you back to fit the mouthguard.
