Following the Government announcement dental practices in England have been given the green light to reopen from 8 June 2020.
We are very excited to meet our patients face to face again, however, to keep you and our team members safe, we need to ensure; ☆ The availability of fully compliant PPE. ☆The ability to exercise social distancing measures. ☆ The application of appropriate cross-infection control.
Like many other dental practices, the main challenge we are facing now is the sourcing of appropriate PPE, this means there may be a delay before we can fully reopen and the range of treatments on offer might be limited, the number of patients we are able to see during the day will be reduced as well.
We are committed to prioritising the safety of all patients and of our team, we would only offer you a face to face appointment when it is safe to do so.
During this transitional period, while we are working to create a safe environment for everyone, we continue to provide you with remote consultations to manage any dental emergency you have, we continue to provide you with professional advice, advice and prescription of appropriate analgesics and prescription of antimicrobial as and when appropriate.
Emergency dental hubs will still be available, and will be able to offer you urgent treatment on referral.
Please do not hesitate to contact us on 01424423033. Our opening hours are Monday to Friday 09:00 - 01:00 and 02:00 - 05:30. We are closed on Saturdays, Sundays and Bank holidays.
For out of hours emergency please contact the East Sussex Emergency Dental Service on 01424850792.
Thank you for your patience and kind understanding and thank you for staying safe.
